Starbucks to open second 'un-Starbucks' store, Roy Street Coffee & Tea




In a memo to Starbucks partners (employees) yesterday, Arthur Rubinfeld, president of Global Development, announced the opening of the second “un-Starbucks” store in Seattle this fall. It will be located at 700 Broadway East in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and will be called Roy Street Coffee & Tea.

Roy Street Coffee & Tea will mirror its predecessor, 15th Ave Coffee & Tea, in its look and feel by using reused and recycled materials.
